Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery cost
Standard UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How long it takes
Orders are packed and dispatched from Amazon fulfilment centres in the UK. Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day and arrive within 2–5 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas, or because of events outside our control.

Your order may arrive in plain packaging, and an order with several items may arrive in more than one parcel.

Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched we will email you a confirmation with tracking details, where available.

Delivery problems
Please check your delivery address carefully when you place your order. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us at info@happyshopuk.co.uk with your order number and we will help.
